What happened to Kohola Kai Creative?
Tracie Megumi Art is the new name for my artwork! I feel that the name "Kohola Kai Creative" did not really reflect my artwork and me as an individual, and decided to change it.
What conservation causes do you donate to?
Currently part of proceeds on all shark and ray items go to Nakawe Project, orca items to Orca Network, and dolphin items to Ric O’Barry’s Dolphin Project. For a few select items, part of proceeds go to Keiko Conservation. Check listing for details and check out the donations to date page for funds sent!
Is it safe to use my credit card?
This shop is powered by Shopify, one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in the world. Your credit card is never stored here and your information will not be shared with any third parties.
I live outside of the U.S. Can I still order art prints?
Absolutely! World-wide shipping is available on all items.
How do I return my item?
Most items can be returned within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately a return would not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition is was received and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and are verified to be in good condition. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to ship the item back. Custom items, digital items or items that have been worn cannot be returned. Please review all item photos and item description prior to purchase.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled as long as I am contacted before the item has shipped. It usually takes 1-4 days for items to get shipped after an order is placed and buyers will receive notification of shipment.
Can I buy pieces in bulk?
Some items are available in bulk quantities. I offer discounted pricing for large orders- contact me for pricing and more info!
In the past, I have prepared bulk necklace and pin orders for Orca Network's Langley Whale Center, as well as a handful of ecotour companies around the world.
My order is international- how come it has not arrived yet?
International orders (First Class USPS) typically take between 1-4 weeks for delivery. In certain countries, packages can get held up in customs as well and can delay delivery by a few weeks.
Additionally, not all countries update tracking info after a package crosses international borders- if your order is does not have updated tracking info, please visit your local post office and try asking about the package in person.
